Everest Heli Ride - Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Everest Heli Ride. By booking a helicopter ride with us, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. Everest Heli Ride reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

-A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before departure.

-Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other authorized payment methods.

-Everest Heli Ride reserves the right to cancel bookings if full payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

-Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled flight will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

-Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund.

-Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

If Everest Heli Ride cancels a flight due to weather conditions, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

4. Flight Conditions and Delays

-All flights are subject to weather conditions, air traffic control, and technical factors.

-Everest Heli Ride is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by weather, regulatory restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

-If the flight is delayed or rescheduled, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

5. Passenger Requirements

-Passengers must carry a valid identification document (passport or national ID).

-The weight limit per passenger is subject to aircraft capacity and will be communicated at the time of booking.

-Any health conditions that may affect the passenger’s ability to fly must be disclosed before booking.

Pregnant women, individuals with severe heart conditions, or those under medical treatment must consult a doctor before booking.

6. Safety Regulations

-Passengers must comply with all safety instructions given by the pilot and crew members.

-Carrying dangerous goods, including explosives, flammable materials, and weapons, is strictly prohibited.

--Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed during the flight.

-The pilot has the authority to deny boarding to any passenger deemed unfit or posing a risk to flight safety.

7. Liability and Insurance

-Everest Heli Ride holds standard aviation insurance; however, passengers are advised to have personal travel insurance covering high-altitude helicopter rides.

-The company is not liable for personal injuries, lost baggage, or any inconvenience due to flight delays or cancellations beyond its control.

-Passengers assume all risks associated with the helicopter ride, including altitude sickness, sudden weather changes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Photography and Media Usage

-Passengers may take photos and videos during the flight for personal use.

-Everest Heli Ride may use customer images or videos taken during the ride for promotional purposes unless the passenger explicitly opts out.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from services provided by Everest Heli Ride shall be resolved under Nepalese jurisdiction.
